HAPPY BIRTHDAY THALAIVA

Superstar Rajinikanth a well-known person among Indian celebrities. His real name is Shivaji Rao Gaekwad born in Bangalore on 12 December 1950. He is from an ordinary family background, he worked at Bangalore Transport Service as a bus conductor. But he had the interest and energy in acting. So he left the job and joined in the Madras Film Institute on 1973 to pursue a diploma in acting.

The legend Director K.Balachandar introduced him in the film industry with his movie Apoorva Raagangal in 1975. From the year of 1980 he started entertain people by his commercial way with his energy and style. From 1980 to till now he is in the top position of the Tamil Cinema. The great actor got his one of the most prestigious Padma Bhushan award in 2000.

According to some big producers and distributors, 90% of his movies were made the investors happy. But in 2003 his Baba was released and declared as a flop and he paid back the losses to the buyers. (Not only for Baba had he given Rs 10 Cr to his distributors from his salary for Linga issues, Great gesture by Thalaivar.) But again he bounced back with his All-Time Block Buster Hit Chandramukhi.

Shivaji released in 2007. This movie is the 1^st 100 Cr film in India to do this film Superstar got 25 Cr as his salary. In that time that amount is the highest salary for an Indian Actor and next to Jackie Chan in Asia.

After his historic Enthiren he got affected by health issues and admitted in Singapore. But with the love and affection of the fans and the god grace he is fine now and doing his Kabali as a youngest hero in the industry. Another special is every year he is going to Himalaya with his close friends to do the mediation.

Today 12.12.2015, 65^th Birthday of our Thalaivar. He said not to celebrate his birthday this time and do the relief works of Chennai flood. Anyways he makes the Tamil Cinema proud so we have to wish him, it is our duty.
