The 1^st Rajini-Shankar combo movie is Shivaji, released on 2007. It is the 1^st 100 Cr movie in Tamil and 1^st 150 Cr movies in India. Many said Dhasavatharam Beat the Shivaji records but it is not true. Dhasavatharam not even collect 100 Cr.

The 2^nd Rajini-Shankar Combo is Robo.1^st movie to collect 250Cr+ from South India. Still this movie is on the top place in the Tamil cinema history with 289Cr in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi Version on 2010. In that time this was the 2^nd highest movie in India next to 3 idiots.

After two years Thuppaki got released and coming to the 3^rd place with 125 Cr. Staring Vijay and directed by A.R.Murugadoss.

2013- Kamal’s Vishwaroopam collected more than 100 Cr and the Singham 02 collects 120 Cr.

2014-Vijay-A.R.M’S 2^nd combo movie Kaththi grossed 130 Cr and Super star’s Linga. Linga is the 4^th Tamil movie to collect more than 150 Cr.

2015-Shankar’s I grossed 230Cr, Kanchana 2 with 113 Cr , Bhahubali Tamil version 100 Cr+ and now Vedhalam Crossed the 100 Cr mark and still running successfully.
